Great experience working with Liz! Her knowledge and experience combined with her amiable personality turned a stressful process into a simple one. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend giving Liz a call.

Liz Jones is truly one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with! She’s responsible, patient, and has incredible negotiation skills that make you feel confident every step of the way. Liz really takes the time to listen and understand what her clients need, and her attention to detail and market knowledge are unmatched. She goes above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers amazing results, Liz is the one to call!

Initially I interviewed multiple agents. Liz listened most closely to my preferences and goals and worked the hardest to present me great options to achieve them. She’s extremely responsive, professional, fun and experienced. When decision making was tough, she understood my need for data-driven decision making and helped guide me through the process while giving me her honest and experienced insight. Liz has been my agent for years through multiple real estate market shifts, and I trust her implicitly.

I was a first time home buyer and had an excellent experience working with Liz. She was very communicative over the entire process responding quickly and being accessible via email, phone, and text. She knows the Orlando area well and provided me with a reguraly updated curated list of properties in the area that fell under the criteria I gave her during our initial consultation over the phone. She was also able to reccomend me a quality local lender, appraiser, and building inspector during the closing process that made every go smoothly. When I had decided to place an offer on my house she laid out all the steps towards closing in a clear concise timeline. When an issue came up towards the end of the process due to an error on the seller's part, she was diligent about staying in communication until the issue was resolved and the final closing was rescheduled.

Our main residence is in Michigan but we were interested in a Florida home for the winter months. We communicated with Liz via email for about a month prior to flying to Orlando and meeting up with her in person. During the initial remote communications, Liz was impressively perceptive in understanding the type of home we were after. We compiled a list of 14 properties to be viewed in 3 days. Liz organized and prearranged visits for all and all appointments went seamlessly. She even arranged 2nd and 3rd visits for a few of the properties just so we could establish them in our minds before flying home to make the final decision. At the end of our second day with Liz,she told us of a house that had just gone on the market that day. After spending 2 full days with us, she felt it was one we would like. We arranged to view it at the end of our day 3. She was correct; we liked it a great deal but another property was still a contender. Liz offered to be with us a fourth day just so that we could view the latest property again,at a very leisurely pace, as well as the contender property (for the fourth time!). We ended up making an offer on that property that had just come on the market. Liz was immediate in relaying all communication with the seller during the offer/counter offer stage and of great help in orchestrating and scheduling various inspections we wanted done. We asked for recommendations of various trades and she gave us several referrals from which we could choose. Liz is an expert in her field. She was a skillful liaison with the various listing agents. She is perceptive, patient, and the utmost professional and we highly recommend Liz.

We wanted to buy a condo and we lived out of state. I contacted Liz using the internet to find a Real Estate Agent in the Winter Park area. She responded so quickly to my e-mail and set up viewings of different condos we were interested in. She just met us in December and kept us up to date on new places that would become available. With her knowledge of the area and responsiveness we were able to buy a condo this April which was our next visit to Florida. I highly recommend Liz as an agent she is a very hard worker and really came through for us since we were not in the state. She was a true blessing for our family! Thanks Liz

Christy and Liz were such a great team! Both knew the same information about my preferences and gave up front, honest answers on all of my questions. They weren’t trying to sell me on anything I couldn’t comfortably afford. They took the time to learn my personal responses to everything from the condo I originally looked at to the home I eventually bought. I love my new house and I have them to thank for it.

First time home buyer, and I'm 100% recommending Liz to everyone I know in the future that needs an agent. She was phenomenal in every step of the process. Christy was very responsive and did a great job with beginning the process, and when Liz came in it was just lights out from that point until closing day. I was only ever stressed out over the sheer volume of paperwork that needs to be collected throughout. I was never worried about missing a deadline, or leaving anything out. Liz handled everything and then some to help keep the pressure off of me. Great knowledge of the area and helped me go for the house I ended up purchasing. I was a little worried because it was slightly out of my price range, but she worked it down and handled all the negotiating and got the purchase price down almost $20,000 from what it started at! We had a weird experience with sellers present at the showing, inspection, and a little mishap on closing day that made the whole process a little bizarre for a typical purchase, but she never batted an eye and handled it like a seasoned veteran. I think she said she's only been in the business for 5 years or so, but she conducts herself as if she's been doing this for 25 years. My mom is an agent, but was unable to be my agent for this purchase, and she has been in the business for 30+ years. She was shocked when she learned how young Liz was, after seeing all that she had done throughout the process. Could not have asked for a better experience than the services provided by the Knox and Jones team.

Liz was very professional and her communication was excellent. She only took us to the properties which met out description (which was very limited). She was able to find a buyer for our home at asking price prior to listing. She also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. The total buy sell transaction between the homes was just about 30 days. I would highly recommend her services.

Liz was exceptional to work with for my home purchase. She always responded in a timely manner and helped provide guidance when I had a specific question or concern. In addition to her extensive knowledge of Real Estate, she is extremely personable and will put you at ease during the process of purchasing you home.

Liz was very helpful with helping us negotiate a deal with the sellers and was very responsive and attentive. I would use her again if we move. Great experience

Liz was very proactive and professional. She took care of all the details and sold our house in 6 days. She was always available for questions and promptly followed up on all our requests. We would highly recommend her!

Liz was amazing to work with. She knew we had a very short deadline and did not hesitate to help us. She found various options in less than 24 hours and made herself available for each viewing. Additionally, she was very responsive and always answered any of our questions or worries. One of the best parts of working with her was her negotiating skills and any time an issue popped up she was quick to handle them. I definitely felt like she looked out for us through the entirety of the process and would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a home.

Liz was fantastic from the start. Listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for and throughout the process made sure that everything would work for me, knowing what she knew about what I really wanted. She would often tell me that something wouldn't work for me and my needs because I failed to notice something about a house that she caught. Communication was great, with very quick response times.

Liz was attentive and a great listener. And she is a woman of action! She found several properties for me to look at that met my special criteria. She helped me with documents and was there for closing and beyond.

Liz is very professional and personable, and helped ease the stresses that can come with purchasing a new home. We were new to the Winter Park area and her knowledge of the community is invaluable in helping make the right choice for you. She's always very responsive in her communication and helped guide us through the home buying process step by step. From putting together a strong offer to wrapping up the details before closing, she showcased her experience and expertise. Liz helped us find the perfect home for us! We couldn't be happier.

Liz is the greatest realtor you could work with. She helped me to buy and sell a house with no issues. She sold my house in a week and took care of every single detail in the process. Highly recommended!

My experience with Liz as my realtor has consistently been outstanding, which is why I'm a repeat customer. Her professionalism shines through in every interaction; she's incredibly timely with all documentation and always proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems. Beyond her efficiency, Liz possesses a wonderful human element. She takes the time to send personal notes in the mail, which speaks volumes about her genuine care for her clients. She makes the entire process feel supported and seamless.
