First time home buyer, and I'm 100% recommending Liz to everyone I know in the future that needs an agent. She was phenomenal in every step of the process. Christy was very responsive and did a great job with beginning the process, and when Liz came in it was just lights out from that point until closing day. I was only ever stressed out over the sheer volume of paperwork that needs to be collected throughout. I was never worried about missing a deadline, or leaving anything out. Liz handled everything and then some to help keep the pressure off of me. Great knowledge of the area and helped me go for the house I ended up purchasing. I was a little worried because it was slightly out of my price range, but she worked it down and handled all the negotiating and got the purchase price down almost $20,000 from what it started at! We had a weird experience with sellers present at the showing, inspection, and a little mishap on closing day that made the whole process a little bizarre for a typical purchase, but she never batted an eye and handled it like a seasoned veteran. I think she said she's only been in the business for 5 years or so, but she conducts herself as if she's been doing this for 25 years. My mom is an agent, but was unable to be my agent for this purchase, and she has been in the business for 30+ years. She was shocked when she learned how young Liz was, after seeing all that she had done throughout the process. Could not have asked for a better experience than the services provided by the Knox and Jones team.

Liz was very professional and her communication was excellent. She only took us to the properties which met out description (which was very limited). She was able to find a buyer for our home at asking price prior to listing. She also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. The total buy sell transaction between the homes was just about 30 days. I would highly recommend her services.

I was a first time home buyer and had an excellent experience working with Liz. She was very communicative over the entire process responding quickly and being accessible via email, phone, and text. She knows the Orlando area well and provided me with a reguraly updated curated list of properties in the area that fell under the criteria I gave her during our initial consultation over the phone. She was also able to reccomend me a quality local lender, appraiser, and building inspector during the closing process that made every go smoothly. When I had decided to place an offer on my house she laid out all the steps towards closing in a clear concise timeline. When an issue came up towards the end of the process due to an error on the seller's part, she was diligent about staying in communication until the issue was resolved and the final closing was rescheduled.

Liz was fantastic from the start. Listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for and throughout the process made sure that everything would work for me, knowing what she knew about what I really wanted. She would often tell me that something wouldn't work for me and my needs because I failed to notice something about a house that she caught. Communication was great, with very quick response times.

Our main residence is in Michigan but we were interested in a Florida home for the winter months. We communicated with Liz via email for about a month prior to flying to Orlando and meeting up with her in person. During the initial remote communications, Liz was impressively perceptive in understanding the type of home we were after. We compiled a list of 14 properties to be viewed in 3 days. Liz organized and prearranged visits for all and all appointments went seamlessly. She even arranged 2nd and 3rd visits for a few of the properties just so we could establish them in our minds before flying home to make the final decision. At the end of our second day with Liz,she told us of a house that had just gone on the market that day. After spending 2 full days with us, she felt it was one we would like. We arranged to view it at the end of our day 3. She was correct; we liked it a great deal but another property was still a contender. Liz offered to be with us a fourth day just so that we could view the latest property again,at a very leisurely pace, as well as the contender property (for the fourth time!). We ended up making an offer on that property that had just come on the market. Liz was immediate in relaying all communication with the seller during the offer/counter offer stage and of great help in orchestrating and scheduling various inspections we wanted done. We asked for recommendations of various trades and she gave us several referrals from which we could choose. Liz is an expert in her field. She was a skillful liaison with the various listing agents. She is perceptive, patient, and the utmost professional and we highly recommend Liz.
